Sharon
The staff at Murray Hill East Suites were incredibly accommodating and pleasant, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was superb, with easy access to Grand Central, UN offices, and a variety of restaurants. The apartments were spacious and comfortable, ideal for a larger group of friends. The doorman was helpful, and there were plenty of amenities like laundry facilities and a business center.
Felt at ease throughout the stay, no complaints.

As women traveling alone, we loved the spacious and comfortable two-roomed suite with a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table and chairs came in handy for breakfasts, and the location was great, with easy access to Grand Central and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes.
Felt so welcome, nothing to complain about.

Absolutely GOOD location and staff. Helpful staff with good travel recommendations. Overall very comfortable stay on a month-long vacation.
I loved the apartment although some things didn't work.

Breakfast is not included. It's just lodging. There is a supermarket next door and in the apartment's kitchen which is well equipped (beautiful refrigerator and stove, microwave for the user (we don't use it), dishwasher and a big sink) you can prepare a great breakfast. The location is magnificent. Besides, the Grand Central Station is next door, which makes it much easier to get around by subway or train. Both local and international trips are possible. The parking lot is not appreciated, as we do not use cars for our transfers in New York. We don't like the air conditioning at all, we got sick with it; it is one of our nightmares so we didn't put it in, but we could check that it worked at full speed when we moved the radiator plug.
That they didn't speak Spanish. It was only done by one person in the hotel with whom we did not agree the times we had something to comment or ask. However, we could see that many people in New York speak Spanish.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
More breakfast choices would have been appreciated.

I recently stayed at Murray Hill East Suites for a month with my father and we had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the main tourist attractions in Midtown Manhattan. The suite we stayed in was incredibly spacious, three times bigger than a regular hotel room. It had a homely feel, with a separate sitting room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family. The facilities such as the laundry room and business center were convenient and well-maintained. it felt like a comfortable and cozy apartment rather than a hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel.

They placed me in a bigger room then I have booked. The room was very clean and large with lots of closets. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. The bed was confortable and the towels were changed everyday. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends.
The reception staff was not really friendly. No free internet in the room, only on the lobby.

I recently stayed at Murray Hill East Suites for a month-long visit to explore Manhattan. The apartment was larger and more comfortable than the typical New York standards. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the daily maid service was always willing to accommodate any requests. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to popular attractions like Times Square and Grand Central Station. The price was reasonable, considering the spacious suite, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and small but nice fitness room. a great location with a homely feel, perfect for a long stay.
I do recommend this hotel.
